I tried the corbin, mustang, repadded stock, Ultimate (it lasted 100miles before I shipped it back!) before having a custom seat from Bill Mayer saddles: http://mayergonomic.com/
I rode up to his shop in Ojai, CA and he made a seat that fit me and finally I can ride all day without pain. He can custom make your seat from a picture of you sitting on your bike and your real weight and measurements. You can get all kinds of different covers made for your seat colors, vinyl, leather weave etc.
