If that question is for me...It's just the cover, nothing else. Anybody can pm me if they are interested. Thanks.

I live 10 minutes from their store. About 6 months ago I went in person and asked this guy to get me a quote for a specific helmet, front and rear tires, and dually exhausts. I was ready to spend big bucks. He never called me with the quotes, and when I called them, he said he would call me right back and never did. I have since purchased the helmet (almost $300) and the tires (another $300+-) from other vendors online... Their loss!!!

I will pass by on Saturday morning to see if they are still open and voice a complain on behalf of RSC. I will report back to you guys later.

Ok, I was at my mechanic an hour ago, and who walks in? One of the owners of MeanCycles. So I mentioned to him what was discussed here and asked him what was going on. He said "nothing, they have been very busy, always answer all calls, and if the order was placed after New Year's then the two weeks wait is reasonable." He wasn't too friendly and did not ask for the specific customer name or offer to make it right. I didn't even remind him about my helmet and tires inquiry. My feeling is this guy just doesn't know what good customer service is. The other owner opened a 2nd store about 40 minutes north of me, he was much better. Anything else I can do, just let me know.

Thanks for checking on it for me DJR. Finally received an email from them with UPS tracking #, but wont get the item till next thursday. Total time will be about 3 weeks to received the item, so this will be my first and last time I ever buy from them. Lucky this wasn't a item I needed right away.

Called and a lady answered and placed me on hold for 30mins, so I hung up then called back and no answer. Already emailed them a week ago with no reply and even placed a dispute with paypal and no reply. Not sure what kind of business they are running.

Don't blame ya there blackrain. 30 mins on hold....called back, no answer....no reply to email.

In today's business world that is just unacceptable. That doesn't even come close to customer service 101. Those are the basics.
