I also received an Email from Eric yesterday, and he stated that my Patch was being sent via UPS yesterday as well as an apology for the oversight. All is GOOD once again with NoPork. Thank You.  |

You know, Eric and Brian responding so quickly doesn't surprise me. Having that problem arise, does.
Their entire staff are stand up guys. My experience with them is they do what they say they'll do. And they care about taking care of a customer.
I brought my bike to them for some work and Brian gave me a ball park price along with an offer for a discount. When I went to pick up my bike Brian wasn't there and a discount wasn't included and couldn't be applied without his authorization. I figured it was gonna be a he said - he said kinda thing and I'll probably never see a discount.
Brian called me the next morning to apologize and confirm he is the only one who can adjust a bill.
He promptly applied a credit to my card
Now how can a guy complain about that? That is great customer service!
