if the battery test good with a load test and the connections are all tight bypass the relay by hooking jumper cables up to a non-started car battery and see if the starter turns if it doses then the relay is bad and the starter is good if the relay is bad replace it and check the new relay for made in chia fuses if they are replace them with good ones from an elect. shop
