No new cables needed with 10" apes? I've been thinking about buying some but I don't really want to buy new cables.

I've had 10's for a couple years now, rode my buddies r* at then end of this past summer, he has an '06 with 16" kong's. I bought a set that night for my bike. Uploaded a pic of mine and my buddies with 10's, as well as the r* with 16's
Def no need for any new cables for 10's stock works great.
Oh, and while i was at it, i sprung for all stainless cables for the new apes......  |

Yall are seriously making me want to go back to apes. I had 18's on my 650 vstar, and went with beach cars on the R*. I'll probably go with 16's if I decide to though. the 18's were just a little to much.

Had 16's on my 1100. The Road Star had 12's when I bought it, they had to go. And after sneaking out to the garage the other day I'm thinking about going to 18's  |

Im 6'0" and I run 16" Drag Specialties Big Buffalo Bars (1.5" dia). They are extremely comfortable.
