Just my opinion, but most of the guys around here who run car tires are using a rear on the front because of more tread. The reason they give for turning the tire around is the way the cords are laid.
Not particularly a tire guy, just the reasons I have been told.

The 150 will fill your front fender well, but it will fit, you can also use the 130 Rear mounted in Reverse rotation if you want, same Perrelli and Route66 is the best choice.

I have the 150 on mine and it's fine, have over 7,000 miles on it and it looks like the day I put it on.

A wider tire will give you more feed back from the road, and sometimes that's good, other times it's not.

Why reverse on the 130?

this is for kia and anybody else that is considering the austone tire and has lowered their bikes by doing the flip. i found that i had to switch back to the factory hight. if i rode 2 up or hit a nice size bump riding solo that the tire would hit the rear gaurd that is in front of your tail lights.

I'd do the CT thing, but I don't want a taller tire, but one as close to our standard tire as possible... does any usable CT meet that criteria?

195/60-16

TireRack Search

Near perfect match.

You just have to make sure the fender is on straight else you might have to grind a bit off the left or right side lower lip of the subframe.

A rear is setup to pus out water from be driven... which means it spits it out with the Vs reversed from the front which do it using the V for stopping and "pushing" the tire.

Its the difference between a driven wheel and a pushed wheel (or is that "drive wheel vs driven wheel" in ether case... one has water channels one way, the other wheel has them opposite.

Has anyone used this tire in it's entirety? How many miles did it last?

Also, any thoughts on portawalls with this? That way you can keep the whitewalls.
