Hey all,

New to the forum, just bought a new-to-me 2002 Road Star Midnight. Going to make the trip to Texas at the end of the month to pick it up.

I'm not much of a wrencher, but that's mostly because I've never had anything I was interested in digging into. Having said that I do know how to change oil, replace a water pump and other simple mechanical tasks. I've also built several computers from parts. I'm a quick learner and really want to be able to learn every nut, bolt, and wire on my Road Star.

I've always enjoyed learning new things, so this should be a fun ride!

I have to learn from others mistakes, because I will not live long enough to make them all myself....although I do have a good head start on it.
