Long trip coming up 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Just bought a 2002 Road Star that I'm going to Texas at the end of the month to pick up. Plan is to ride it back to Indiana. Having never had a Road Star before, is there anything on the bike maintenance wise beyond the normal (tire pressure, Oil, Tire Tread, etc.) that are peculiar to the Road Star that I should check before hitting the road with it? I have to learn from others mistakes, because I will not live long enough to make them all myself....although I do have a good head start on it.
