Oil leaks or normal oil seeps? 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago

Hi guys,

Like many of you I suppose, I do my own oil changes and use 4 quarts (synthetic) and don’t even bother to check oil level between the 4,000 miles intervals.

But for the last few seasons, and this after long rides, a small accumulation of oil appears near the front cylinder seals on the right side (see picture) and it has a tendency to spread down the crankcase cover, are these normal oil seeps or is the cylinder gasket leaking, I wipe it off each time but oil reappears after the next ride! Should I be concerned? My 1600cc has 60,000 miles.
