Years ago, it was in the 60's I used to ride on a friends Triumph 650, hard tail.It was made some times in the 50's.
On the right foot, i allways had a rubber boot on, the thing would dump 1/2 pint every 3 hrs. Hot engine oil.

My buddys 01 had that leak...not much, just enuf to annoy. Never found it ...he sold the bike so he never messed with it. Must say my 04 with 41k on it has never leaked a drop..( knock on monitor).
