Steven by rattles do you mean youcan hear it roll around in there when you handle it or you hear it tinging around when you hit the bumps?? Dunno about when riding I know i could never hear it over my pipes. When handling it you hear a tiny ting ting type thing can't be more than a large grain of sand in there. I need to look into an unchromed price The chrome shop gives me a deal based on a 10 qty so if I only have 8 or so I don't know if that will change the chrome price too. I missed the last time you were selling these things and got a lil bummed that I didnt pull the trigger on one... I'll try to start knocking these out. It's pretty time consuming, it takes me about 2 hours for each one (welding and sanding it up for chrome) I will keep you guys posted.
