New mirrors came last week and the new beach style bars arrived yesterday.
This week I install them and see how they work before I replace the cables and brake hoses with SS and run the wires inside the bars.

Bought her a fender rail and a flag pole yesterday. Today I went out and started her up. Sounds amazing. So many things on the list to do and so little money to do it with. Might have to sell a kidney or limb or something! Can't wait to ride. I have a serious case of PMS (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome) |

Called my painter today and yelled at him for having my tins for over a month. He said I could pick up my fenders and gas tank but without my outer fairing and hard bags it still means I can't get back on the road. Planning to re-jet this weekend, look like I'll be taking off my fairing to road test  |

Got on a bigtime ordering spree roll today!
- Thunderfire starter from Phat Performance Parts
- Warrior starter relay from Cheap Cycle Parts
- Both front brake kits from Cheap Cycle Parts
- Rear brake kit from Cheap Cycle Parts
Found a new riding buddy from Florida who has been living here for 6 years. We had a great lunch and great ride today. We will probably be heading south next month for the big Bike Week in Surat Thani near Ko Samui. Fun on the beach!

Well, you'll see pics of the beach fun a lot sooner than pics of the Thunderfire starter. Phat Peformance won't accept US credit cards with US billing and shipping addresses on their web site if the online order is done from Thailand. I've never heard of anything like that in my life and never had that problem with any vendor before.
I'll have to find another online vendor that wants to sell a Thunderfire starter for my 2000 R*. Anyone have any ideas?
