Rider backrest question 1 Year, 2 Months ago
I am thinking about getting a new seat for my bike. I was wondering about a rider backrest. My question is I am a big guy so for the guys who are big is the room to be comfortable with a backrest? Or do us big boys need more room to "spread" out

Get an ED Big Tour seat with the passenger seat that has the drivers backrest built in. Talk to Chiefriceburner here on the forum he can set you up buying it this side of the border. Alot of riders here have ED seats and love them, myself included.

I've got Ultimates w/ a rider backrest. I'm 6'3" 285lbs & I love my backrest. It really helps on long rides

Yes my seat radar went off again Sorry cant help myself. Zoom hit it right on the nose. The E.D.Big Touring Rider Seat / Passenger seat with built in rider backrest, would be a great choice for you.

All day comfort for you and whoever rides on the back.

15 day trial which means if you are not happy with it 15 days after you receive it, you can return it for a full refund {minus shipping}.

Stainless steel hardware { no rust }.

Marine grade vinyl.

Best memory foam available for comfort.

Here is a link I posted about five months ago to show some of the reasons the stock seat is so uncomfortable, and how the E.D.Seats can solve this problem:

Please let me know if you have any more questions, I will be happy to help.

Got mine with the Ultimates as well, love it! I'm only 5'8" but I'm 225 and that back rest is the BEST mod I've done to the bike.
