I think the issue is more on how did he travel overseas to Indonesia while there was a ban on traveling to Indonesia unless you were an Indonesian citizen. The only way you can have dual citizenship (here) is if your from another country originally.
American born can't have dual citizenship.

there was never a ban on travelling to indonesia. you are confusing it with the pakistan travel ban the birthers brought up that never actually existed. that one is easy to check and debunk.

dual citizenship? he never had it. in indonesia he was a minor and as such unable to renounce his u.s. citizenship, so that one bites the dust as well.

same with his kenyan father. he was entitled to take british citizenship (the keyword here is entitled - it isn´t automatic), but never did, and when he reached the age of majority, that chance expired.

if you are from another country, under u.s. law you can be a naturalised citizen. if you are born in the u.s. (who recognise the position of jus soli) you are a natural born citizen. there are no other categories under u.s. law and the constitution.

Huskerbob should have been paying attention to his article link... it was dated 4/29/11, 2 days after the birth certificate was released.

All of the truly deep forensic investigation of the released certificate, showing it to have been a digital fabrication, was conducted well AFTER 4/29/11... and the real proof of forgery existed within the time stamp and signature portion where it was clear that copies had been pasted, and no original stamping or signature was on the released document.

Not to even begin to mention the use of Kenya before it was established, or the expression Afican-American, where Negro was being used by the hospital... or the particular hospital name that was not yet in use by August of '61.

the SFBC and the SFBC were issued by the hawaii DOH. they are the documents they use, so how in gods name can they be forgeries? they could contain erronious information, but that is nor forgery, and besides the head of the hawaii DOH has vouched for them and their content.
they relied on mara zebest (again) for the pdf stuff. she is not nor has ever been a forensic document analyst. she co-wrote a book on ptotoshop about 10 years ago, but has no expertise in the format of the whitehouse pdf.

the only forger so far in this episode has been lucas smith, the convicted forger who released that atrocious fake kenyan BC that was full of errors.

BTW, this sherriff joe production was brought to you exclusively by WND. less than 24 hours after the press conference, WND released their e-book on the cold case posse (9.99 dollars) with foreword by sherriff joe.
