If you use a small floor Jack under the rear tire it becomes a one man job.

just installed the shock & took a short test ride. The spring pre-load set at 5.75", clicker at #3. BIG DIFFERENCE from OEM & 1k spring. Ride quality is much better. I am concerned about bottoming out riding 2-up w/ gear Does anyone know the spring rating & is HD spring available for this shock ?

I don't like the fact that they only seem to be built 1 inch shorter than stock. Has that changed? Progressive 440's made my Shadow ride like a dream.

Re:Progressive #465 shock 2 Years, 11 Months ago
After 65mi. I'm taking the shock off the bike & putting the stocker w/ 1k spring back on. The 465 is WAY undersprung for me. If Progressive doesn't offer a HD spring, I'm going to try & make my 1k Eibech spring fit. If that doesn't work, anyone want to buy a shock?
