Right now we're leaning toward June 29,30, and July 1. So far we have 2 on this thread that like that weekend, so I'll find out about hotels in the area for that weekend and let everyone here know what I come up with.

I guess we could have a M&G every weekend lol (just kidding). Unfortunately that's the weekend it has to be. My other half is busy the first 2 weekends of the month and the open house is the third weekend of the month. Since I'm the one planning it I suppose I should make it a weekend where she can attend as well...I'm not prepared to face the consequences if I don't

A little soon for me to know for sure, but things have been much better so far this year. If we go it will be both of us. Terri's work will dictate if we can go or not. Pick a date soon, it will help us decide.

I'm sure this happens every year where someone can't attend due to other commitments. Such is life.

I hope I don't sound uncaring or calloused. And I hope I don't offend anyone by calling the weekend, but it has to be taken care of soon so we can be sure to get hotel rates we can all afford, etc.No, It's not sounding uncaring. I'm totally fine that you pick a date. I was just letting you know that I wouldn't be able to make that weekend.
