I'm running HD spots & signals on a Yamaha bar.
HD lights have captive hardware that is NOT metric and will NOT thread onto your Yamaha signals.
Keep that in mind if you're shopping and looking to mix & match parts from different makers.

I got my whole HD lightbar setup for $75 on CL along with 2 boxes of extra parts, all long ago sold separately.
I just searched for Harley Parts on CL and found them. Lots of guys yank the whole light setup off HDs.
The lights are shown in my profile pic, but here's a closeup shot.

Beams, I don't know if you have the Yamaha spots but that's what came on my Midnight Silverado. As you already know that the Adjure spots are 4.5".
If you have the Yammy spots they are actually 4.75" . So, yes, you would need to replace the spot buckets.
Or.....if you could make some thin "washers" with the ID (inside diameter) that would fit over the Adjure 4.5" spots and an OD (outside diameter) the same as the original spots. Clear as mud I imagine. I can't remember the dimensions it's been too long.

Click on the thumbnail and look close at the spots you'll see "washers" or shims that go around the lights and go under the bezels.

Hope that helps,
Rod

rphazen; pm sent, quesiotn on how to make "washers" or "shims" thanks
