TEE SHIRT ORDER FORM 2012 CENTRAL M&G 1 Year ago  
I atached the Tee Shirt order form for the M&G for 2012. All the tee shirts are black just like last year. The men's are pocket tees and the women's are not.

You can also order rockers on the same form.

If you can't open the file please send me an email at johnnyt70 at hotmail.com and I will send you an email with the form. If that doesn't work, we'll figure something out.

It is imperative that all the orders are in my hand by June 8, 2012, so the shirt dude has time to get them done and to me in time for the Meet & Greet.

Payment is by check or money order (no cash, no Paypal, no credit cards, no debit cards). I promise I will not cash any checks before June 8, 2012.

Please be prompt in ordering the shirts.

Try it now. The forum wouldn't let me use a .docx file so I had to change it to a .doc file. It should work now for everyone.

If anyone wants a tee shirt but can't make it to the M&G all you have to do is download the order form, fill it out, send a check or money order and you will have it. I am having all the shirts shipped to me and I will take care of it from there. Be aware that there will be a shipping charge to send it to you.
