I want to replace the stator because I have a stereo in my reckless fairing and planning on installing a small amp and want to make sure I have enough amps to run it. I already have the 06 reg/ref installed but want to get the stator too. Think that will be my first mod then the wheels. Tricky air will be last and maybe after that if I have enough funds lefted I will ride my bike over and have you rebuild the engine for me I only live a few hours away[/quote]

Blackrain, give us some closer pictures of your stereo and speakers. That is sharp. I have to upgrade mine and I'm checking out every fairing with speakers to see what I like. Hell, yours looks like speakers that should be in a car. I bet everyone within a 1/4 mile can hear you. lol
