Tell you guys the ones to watch for. You Silverado guys watch your windshield bolts. The ones with the nuts on the backside. Those vibrate loose almost every ride. Yami dealer charges 5 dollars apiece for them here. Tell you a trick though. Get a sandwich bag. Take the nuts off one at a time and thread them on the stud over the bag. Then trim off the excess when they're tight. This will hold them in place and save you that Five bucks.

absolutely right man! already lost two! put clear finger nail polish on threads last time...haven't lost any yet.

I lost a windshield screw and nut...I found the exact (near exact...I could not tell the difference) same screw and nut at Home Depot. A year later, I could not tell you which one I replaced, they look so close to the stock.

I nut and bolt my R* every spring and go over it again in September just to be sure...takes almost no time and lets me ride in peace
