Find a magazine with the HF coupon page in it and you should be able to find a coupon for the yellow one for $59 thats what I paid for a second one last week. The second cheapest coupon for it is $62.
I have both, the red craftsman and the yellow harbor freight one and the only difference I've found in the 2 is the color.

Do you want a stand, or a lift? Ive seen plans to make a stand out of 2x4's and a pole for like 20$ that work great.

The tricky part is getting the bike onto the stand if it isn't also a lift, and you don't have a lift.

He is talking about this one for 20 bucks. I have a modified version of this one that I have been using for years. Works great to get the bike up straight. http://www.nightrider.com/biketech/bikelift.htm

google *make your own bike lift" I think maybe $30 total. You use 2x8 in about three foot length and a steel pole for leverage and lift. Very sturdy and simple
I made one of these, and have used it a LOT. It's great for changing oil, brakes, anytime you want the bike sitting level. I used used lumber and a used pipe; I put a pool noodle over the pipe to protect against scratches on the saddlebags. BTW, i think my wood is 30", the pipe is about 4'. I did't use a floor flange, the pipe is only hammered into the wood....which is screwed and glued together.
To do rear brakes, though, you wouldn't need any sort of lift at all.
As wonderful as that home made lift is, the red jack lift that I bought at Menard's or Fleet Farm, is awesome, I wouldn't want to take a wheel off without the bike on that lift. Actually I wouldn't want to replace the wheel w/o the lift.
