Hey smokes, if it makes you feel any better, I gave up my day of riding today and am painting the new nursery before my girl gets home cause she's had a crappy week too. Probably won't, but just thought I'd throw that out there lol hope it all gets worked out for ya man, I think they owe you pretty big now... Pretty sad that a big company like that can treat people like they're treating you. Especially when you've spent as much as I'm sure you have. I would have already lost it by now and pulling the I want everything back card cause that's just bullshit...

That's the underlying reason behind most of my madness lol. Although that's probably why I'm having to paint a nursery now too... It's a never ending circle

We did have a weird spring so I got some riding in then I assume you still had yours apart then? Do they build the pulley or get it somewhere else? Just seems like they would be doing a little more for you since the wheel incident

I hope they come through for you quick. Thanks for the warning. I start going nuclear when my order hasn't shipped the next day. I'd be in a rubber room after what you've been thru!

Yup 90 percent of my winter mod woes came from my Dna wheels and brakester. The wife said she dont want me doing anymore winter build cause im to much of a hot head when I have a problem with a vender and it takes to long for me to calm down. She did say that she knows I try very hard not to show it at her or the family but she dont like it when I dissapear into the ”man cave” for a few hours. Cant say I blame her I only get to see them on weekends due to my work.

Re:never again will i buy something from DNA 1 Year ago
Well, I just called Dna again and it shiped out today (or at least the label was created) so I may be up and running for the weekend. Still piss poor customer service after all the BS I went thru and asked the superviser to call me when it shiped I still have to call them to find out if it went out still, never again will I purchase from them. I was looking heavy at a rolling chassiss to so there poor customer service cost them a over 10 grand from my pocket in future sales
