I'd be so F_ing mad, I'd call up screaming twice a day every day until the right one showed up at my door. I'd start today with "YOU F-ING MORONS SENT HTE WRONG ONE AGAIN! HOW MANY TIMES IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR YOU IDIOTS TO GET IT RIGHT?" I'd continue this until they fixed it. Even if htey hung up on me, I'd call them back and do it again. Eventually, word of you and your issue will make it's way around hte call center.

Jeez Smokes I just don't know what to say Put the boots to them and ask for some monetary compensation, a next day turnaround on a new good part, report them to the BBB and every motorcycle forum you can find.

My screaming wouldn't be the first action, but this has been ongoing: http://roadstarclinic.com/component/option,com_fireboard/Itemid,187/func,view/id,488911/catid,50/

Yea. I was kinda calm for 2.5 seconds when I asked them why after a month I got the same pulley back. This was my answer and when I came cometely unglued got hung up on and I called right back even mader. The reason I got back my old pulley was as follows

”we have no idea on how to test the pulley to see if something is wronge with it” and ”we were expecting the whole kit not just the pulley” so I said ”why didn't you call me and say you needed those parts or call me back on anything or even mention that you needed them on one of the many calls I made to you asking for a update” and there was no answer to that just them trying to skate around it. Ultimatly I am expecting a RMA again on this fricking pulley and the lady I spoke to wont promise overnight shipping for either there or back. And they claim they will send me a completely new pulley like they said they did this time round. I swear I have never had anyone piss me off to this extent.

in my opinion,if you cant test something that you manufacture and sale to a consumer for a profit, especially if its something that if came unglued could kill someone, you shouldnt be making and selling said parts... i dont care what you did or didnt send to them, they should have specs on every edge on that pulley and some way of ensuring its within those specs... just someone on the other end of the phone reading from a script and blaming you for something they screwed up. i wouldnt care to bet that your problem here has lost them a TON of future business from others on this forum. i know ill never even consider them for anything i would ever want now...
i really hope you get it all worked out, and btw, its amazing what you can make happen just by writing a nice email to the BBB
