All, I will be helping Grinder put together the meet n greet...
Some of my ideas include making this a five day event...
We have lots of riding here in the Smoky Mountains, and some great sites to see... Some of the places I would like to do organized rides to include the Wheels through Time Museum....just an awesome motorcycle museum in maggie valley NC, and we can't forget about doing a ride to the Casino in Cherokee, plus Dragon Day, Garage Day, and then we have to do the hidden secret rides, thats right...the roads from heaven that 99% of the people would never know about.
We need a date for this event nailed down...
I would propose 5-7 Oct 2012 as the meet n greet weekend. I would also propose that we have planned events for the entire week. 1-5 October. We will have a designated hotel and mc campground arranged as well.
I will be taking vacation and be there for the entire event.
Need a quick answer from folks that want to come.
Please give us a post... example: I'm in.... camp or hotel and how long you want to stay.
Responses will generate our planned agenda... But what I will promise, you will make friends, enjoy yourself and see some gorgous scenery...
So who's in?

I'm in, love to do the whole week, but I highly doubt that. see better once it gets here. Live in Asheville, so ill just be commuting 
I'd suggest some parkway rides too. Absolutely beautiful up there. Does get a little cool up there tho.
Any reason we're waiting til October? Pretty late in the year isn't it? go ahead and call me a Puss, but it gets kinda cold everywhere that time of year lol |

Pencil me in for Fri night thru Sunday. I would take off Friday if I can make it and leave MI in the am and ride my arse off till I get there. And stay till Sunday mid day to early afternoon. again if I can make it money and time will decide for me but with the couple of months notice I should be able to pull some cash together  |
