I don't hate them or their bikes. If I could afford it I would get a new screamin eagle street glide. But I still wouldn't get rid of my roadie

I tried to keep my Roadie, but it's just too much stuff setting around to keep clean and shiny, I am forever cleaning my new Gold Wing or riding. I finally made the decision to sell the Roadie. Really was torn though; that motorcycle was really cool looking.

I don't think I could ever sell my bike. I love it, it's the first bike I fell in love with. If anything, I'd garage it to ride something else, but I wouldn't part with it, because no one would give me what it's worth to me, which is roughly 37 billion dollars. give or take.

There's a big difference between "selling" and "listing for sale"...

I see roadstars listed for 8-10k all the time, but they're certainly not selling.

I don't hate HD at all...I owned a 1977 FXE back in the day...in 2005 when I bought my R* the two finalists were the R* and the Heritage Softail...R* won because it was abetter bike and a GREAT value...matter of fact, a Road Glide will probably be my next bike...still keeping the R* though

What model? I paid $7500 for my Roadstar last year with 120 miles on it, so I assume you mean like a Silverado? In the spirit of this thread, I bought mine at a Harley dealership after seeing it on the floor. I had gone down to buy a Heritage Softail.

Cycle trader makes it easy to find good deals though. I can find brand new 09 Roadstar's with no miles on them in the $8k range.
