The fat boy, sure, some. But the R* has better lines IMO. The tank flows better. Yamaha did a great job with the look of this bike. Harley reuses tanks and frames for their entire line up with a few tweaks in sheet metal here or there. Some look good (Fat Boy) and others, well, they just don't flow as well. But this is my opinion.
