Seems that most mods are temporary. I think the answer is having 3-4 diff bikes. I WANT APES....but I love beachbars too. I LOVE MY NEW AIR FILTER....hmmm...maybe i'll go back to my old one. It looks meaner. I LOVE MY NEW DUALLYS...... glad I kept my HC's, think i'll switch em out for a bit and make some noise.
Thats how it is w/me anyway. The only thing that absolutely will not change is the CT.

Its exactly why im scared to death to paint my bike

After a month or so I've switched back to the stock bars. Baby apes just didn't have the look or feel I was after. So stock it is for now but just need a little more pullback(risers)....... Until I can afford the full 16" ape mod or the 21" wheel mod depends on the day

$40 loss on baby apes aint so bad

That is not anything to cry about

Have you thought about vinyl wrap? I've looked into it and you can do the whole bike yourself for about $100- $300 depending on what kind of wrap you get. They're available in just about any color, matte or glossy etc. Even metallic, or with graphics like flames or skulls etc.

Here's a site that has lots of choice if you want graphics. http://PowerSportsWraps.com/

speaking of baby apes...is there anyone in the Kansas City MO area with apes on their bike? I love the look but I want to know how comfortable they are before I go and spend the money (I don't have much to spare)
