Mine is lowered, don't know how it was done lol but when two up, things drag even sooner.

Biggest thing we battle on the flip and grind I believe is our weight. I am bout 190lbs with my wife we run 230 2up I do fine at that but I adjusted the preload in to the max specified plus a few more turns.

So in anwser to your ? try adjusting the preload take a look and see what was done how it was lowered it could have that dog bone kit.
