DNA/Outlaw elected to play hardball.. 1 Year ago
Ok mods and admin im sorry if this is against the rules if so do what you feel is right and pm me and set me straight.

Now then, it has been 2months to the day that I got an ”approval” to send out my brakester pulley to be replaced under warrenty due to it being warped. after the first month they had it I called to get a update and ask why it was taking so long. And they told me it would ship out in a few days. And it did, but the problem was they tried to clean up the part replace the rotor rings and send me back the same warped pulley. As you can emagine I was not a happy camper. So I called them and asked what they were thinking (not my words I said to them but its ”g” rated for the forum) and they said send it back and they would fix it. Well another month goes by of waiting and no one ever calling me back and I said enough is enough and called my credit card company and asked if I could dispute the charge and get my money back. They said not ussually after this much time (last October is when I purchased it mind you) but given the reason and steps I tried the agreed to let me dispute it. But seeing that Outlaw up to this point did try to help me the best they can I said ”you know im sure that leaves a blackmark on them as a vender, having a charge dispute on their record” so I called them up and asked if they would let me return the parts for a refund and not go thru the credit card company. I was very nice about it and even said I still recomended people to them cause I know its not there fault they got bad parts to send to me. Of coarse they said its been to long and its been installed so no. and magically 5 minutes later DNA calls me and says the part is not elegable for warrenty due to my belt not being the full width of the pulley and that is what warped it lady it was warped from the start and how do you explain the out of round on the pulley so now I need to write a big long letter of all the detail I can muster on this order and send it in to be reviewed and hope I get my $475 back. We will see and it will take 4-6 Weeks before I know one way or the other, wish me luck and buyer beware.

And as a side note I would have noticed the pulley being warped much sooner if I would have gotten my wheels how I ordered them the first time and didn't have to wait 3months for my replacements. And ease dont take this as a bash on the vender cause they did IMO try to help me out before I told them I wanted a refund, but the manufacturer is who I hold liable. Mods or admin like I said if this is against the rules do as you wish and let me know I crossed the line. I just feel le people should know how the customer service works in the event a bad part makes it to them...
