the day i took her away from a mean owner. picked it up at the end of the riding season

after that winter

last winter and current

she looks better every year to me

I like this thread. I like seeing other peoples before and after creativeness. I've come to find that building a bike is art. So many different ways and styles, I love looking at them all. And there's so many great examples here on this forum!

I wish I would have taken pics of my bike when I got her she about 100 pcs seemed like purple and in very bad shape.

I like it too... you hear of all the mods people are doing but you lose track of others projects. Until you see them like this.

thanks guys i like these kinda threads too. not only does it let you see the changes along the way but you kinda see where its going to end up for the next step, or at least emagine where its going

Well after seeing Smokes' in the purchase condition, I went and found some pics that I copied from crankyape.com of my bike when I got it. Mine had a bad PO as well. These were the pics I saw that made me fall in love with her and say I had to have her

Pay particular attention to the rear fender around the front of the eyebrows









This is what she looked like one week after I got her home



and then 11 days later I was gettin excited and quit taking pics..
