I'm sure barry's on his way over to the SC right now to set em straight. He said it is absolutely not a tax. It won't matter, those who think their gonna get something for free because of this, will still kiss his shoes.

Oh it's a tax alright, a tax so people like me and you can pay for the deadbeats that choose to ride the system their entire lives and make nothing of themselves. Sorry, ill wait for the official thread to start so I can vent there and not hijack this one....

I'm still wondering how a fuse falls out that has a little cap on it..... have to keep that one in mind tho if mine ever starts acting funny all of a sudden.

Hey Roger, if that fuse falls out, I don't think it will just act funny. That would be a real if it happened while you were riding. Imagine having your bike shut down at 80mph!

I think I'm going to check on my main fuse now just in case. I can't see how one could come out by itself but it's got me thinking.

Bike is running like it should be. I'm a bit crispy right now but it was fun.

Still trying to figure this one out though. When the tach was going crazy I guess it could have been the fuse just sitting up against the terminals and tapping against them, but that makes me think that the bike would have been firing and then not firing and it ran all the way to work just fine.

Anyone ever tried pulling that fuse with the bike running? First thought is that it would just die.

It must have been sitting that way for a while, just barely in there. Just waiting for me to do the wrong thing.

I'm just glad all it cost me was the $26.00 for a new headlamp and was able to do it on the first of these four days off.

If it wasn't for you guys and this forum I would have given up and dragged it to the dealer.

Thanks again brothers.
