I have a set of stock mounts that I might try to make work....Or buy the ghost brackets.

I really really wish I could see them in person, but the photos of them look good to me.

I'm still researching though to see what I can find.

i had the ghost brackets and i didnt like them at all. the bags flop around alot and i got a rattle with every bump. the rattle im sure i could have messed with the brackets and got rid of it but the floping was due to no lower suport and there was nothing i could do. looked like my bike was gunna take flight. but im sure it would be find with light leather bags or something similar

Was there no way to connect the ghost brackets to each other under the fender? Or some way to connect the bottom of the bags together to keep them from flapping sorry for laughing Jason, I'm just picturing a bike riding down the highway at 100, bags flapping like wings, and the whole bike taking off lol

I think I might have a heart attack at that point.

I always have to speed past the hubster and flag him down when he/we forget to latch one of this bags.

Ugh, I need to stop looking at this stuff (lik ethat is going to happen), cuz now I'm thinking of trying to do my own bag design and make it with fiberglass. The hubs is going to kill me, we may need to build another shop at this point.

Yea I got to thinking about that after I said it and I'm glad you didnt!

I think that's the key tho, making sure there is bottom support for whatever bag you decide on koolau. That way the bags and brackets don't get beat up like smoke said.

Hey i found a company while searching on the web. they have a large variety of saddlebags, bags were looking nice in reasonable prices. I think you must check them at once.

Those viking bags don't look half bad, but again the mounting hardware leaves a lot to be desired it looks like. There is no cross support, or bottom support from the looks of it, although its kinda hard to tell since the "kit" is laid out in a pile....

I like the looks, but they seem like the bags might be smallish
