You may be able to rent a blind bearing puller at the auto parts store. Good suggestion.

Blackroadie let me know how you make out. Mine does it too. Its almost like a buzzing sound. might have to do my bearings too.

Yep a little buzz just as I slow and turn left into the drive.

Update.... since Lefty had the same problem...( even though his sig pic looks like he doesnt have one)... The buzzing turned out to be the "showchrome" fender rail on the front. Turns out one of the fender bolts came loose enuf to cause a small gap between the fender and rail, causing the " metal to metal " buzz at a certain rpm just for a second or two. Probably did it in every gear as I shifted, but couldnt hear it til' I was coasting into driveways and parking lots with no throttle.

Just an FYI, my front fender chrome tip would buzz before I took all the tips off and reinstalled them with RTV Super Black underneath.

Its about as loud as I can get it...without johnny law gettin involved!
Thats why I only heard it when I turned into my driveway etc... clutch in, no throttle. Oh well, at least it was an easy fix.
