jd750ace wondered Does everyone have a "guy" who will sit in the nearest shade, with a beer in his face, watching other people work! Yours truly was sitting under the canopy with a Limon and coke and 3 other lovelies watching Warden working on his bike. To say the testosterone was flowing better than the beverages is an understatement. The end result was one very happy and grateful R* owner and 4 pickled observers.

Very nice weekend. John and Lisa hosted an awesome location, ride, destinations, and overall smooth weekend!!! Fantastic.

As for the fork oil.....

We put the name "Clinic" into action. The project gave a great opportunity for those who have done it to teach others how. I'm grateful as well as thrilled with the new feel. Highly recommend it. (Yes, I rode it when I got back home).

A couple of comments I heard ....
" I've wanted the learn and do it, but was unsure."

"now that I know, I won't be tackling that hassle". Lol, probably much easier without 10 cooks in them pot. Lol

Truly grateful guys!!!!! See you all at the next M&G. (did someone mention Ohio?)

So far so good. Still waiting on a few others to check in and find out they made it home safe. Went past the point where Sue and I went off-roading last year. Darn pointed it out to me. Didn't look all that big but from the air it was huge.

BTW, the stock seats are not condusive to long trips unless you have no nerve endings back there. That's gonna change this week.

I didn't think they were conducive to short trips either. Mine stayed on about 10 days.
