Hi Guys

I am working on the left coil as sitting on the bike

and am having a hard time determining which side is positive and which is negative

thanks in advance for any help

Our coils are not polarized you just have to keep the 2 wires with the proper side that it is supposed to hook up to hmmm hope that makes sense..keep right side wiring and left side wires seperate...read the install on the home page here for coils and wires have fun ...Coug

Thanks for the input

I am hooking up the barons tach and just want to make sure I get the leads to the positive side

it looks like the positive side is the outside terminal peeling back the wire cover I can make out a little bit of red

just trying to double check

If you look very closely, the stock coils are marked + and - . Not very well, but they are marked. BB

Sorry Arc sounded like you were testing the coils ...didnt realize you were hooking a Tach from what I read till your next post a little later....hope all worked out well ....Coug
