Did the fuel cap venting a couple years ago. This week during Rolling Thunder, every time I fueled up, gas would spew from the cap. Didn't matter if I was below the neck with fuel or not. What next? I have heard of drilling a hole at the top of the filler neck, and am wondering if this is wise.

drilling a hole in the filler neck is to get more gas in the tank>. It releaves the trapped air in the top of the tank above the neck. It wont help your issue but it is a worthwhile mod.
