CoachDan, very cool. I checked out their website. It all looks good. I have often thought it would be cool to have a fairing, but didn't want it all the time. Now you have given me an idea.

I just emailed them to see how much shipping will be to Canada.

Do you think Santa could bring that for me?

I really like the Fairing. Keep us up to date. I have been looking for a fairing that I could afford and is easily removed. Thanks for sharing.

I'll definitly keep everyone posted.
A quick detach fairing has been on my list ever since before I bought my bike.
I've just had to check them off my list one at a time.

I'm definitly going with the comfort thing with this one.
Any of you guys listened to Jeff Foxworthy?
He said that when he was young, he would buy his jeans as tight as he could! You know, impress the chicks. Now that he's a little older, he'll walk down an isle and see a pair of jeans, and think,
"Man, those puppies look comfortable!
That's pretty much the stage of life I'm in.

Flash, I went with their stereo setup because of
1. It being marine grade.
2. It's already setup for Sirius satilite radio.

I wanted a Blaupunkt Melbourne SD27 stereo unit. It uses a SD card instead of a CD. That way no skipping. I may later on, but I thought the price was fair for the features theirs has.

Hey Fire ResQ, I'm sure santa could bring you one. Here he drive a big brown truck, and makes you sign for it.

Did I say, I can hardly wait for it to come in!!!

Hey Guys,
I just had to tell you this.
My fairing shipped today!!!!!
Will be here in 3-4 days. Probably Friday, or Monday.

They made some kind of mistake, instead of my name going to the bottom of the list, it went to the top! Damn, I hate when that happens.

Did I say, I can hardly wait.

BTW, My new Ultima chopper seat came in today also.
Can't wait to get off work tonight, and try it on.

Alright Coach
Where were you about 4 months ago when I bought my hoppe fairing and paid more then twice the price. I will admit that the Jensen stereo is not as good a quality as the one hoppe puts in but since the fairing is less then half you could buy what ever you want and put it in. I did check out the blaupunkt unit which plays an SD card and I really like that! That is one problem with the CD player in my Hoppe fairing it skips due to vibration. So that was another good suggestion on your part. Let us know what you think of the quality once you get it.
