Rear Fender lowering Q 4 Years, 4 Months ago
I have seen the tech area about lowering the rear fender but want to know if there is a way when doing it to make it look more centered. I read something about Doc using some rubber piecies but cant find where it talks about that. Also, will it affect my solo seat at all I have a Dragger Seat and am having my stock pillon reshaped (for $60.00 I might add) to make it look better. Thanks Fifty Yet

It looks great, but it wont work for mine. I have the dragger seat very slim line and showes the mounting bolt in the back, it would just look tacky if I did it that way. Is there any other way of lowering the fender? What is this arm guys are talking about flipping? I am really new to this bike thing but loving it. Thanks, Fifty Yet

You can flip the relay arm or get a different dogbone .... both of which lower the bike.
You can shave a bit off the two rubber bumpers on the front of the fender (just behind the seat). This tilts the fender lower but it will be off center with respect to the wheel.
