George, I have been running a set of chambermaids for 15k mi. I have the slash tips on them. I chose the bubs because I wanted one piece pipes (no slip on muffler) and welded on heat shields. It really opens the profile of the bike. The stock pipes cover too much and they weigh about 75lbs. I adjusted the PMS to two turns out. I have had zero problems and they look and sound great. When you install them invest in new exhaust gaskets. It keeps you from chasing exhaust leaks.

I've got the Bub Jug Huggers. These things give the bike a total different look, which I like IMHO, and they sound absolutely awsome. Very nice rumble when cruising down the street, and awsome sound when I crack the throttle....needless to say, people know it's me coming. As a matter of fact, it has it's own distinct sound....my folks live about 3/4 mile away from a freeway. My dad asked me if I was on the freeway at some certain time, which I was, and he asked me if I got on the throttle hard, which I did....he knew it was me by the sound of the exhaust. Anyway, I've heard good things about all the bubs, so I don't think you will be disappointed. good luck man.

Have to agree with bcake.
I love my jug huggers! Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with any bub or reinhart system. Top notch quality, sound and style. Pricey??? Not when you consider you get what you pay for. Just my opinion. Good luck with your decision.

nice ride there, Confederate. I like that color. It is true though....you can't go wrong with any bub or Rhienharts....they are a little pricey, but like you said you get what you pay for.
