My real name is Tom, I got my 1999 roadie when i grad from high school. it was given to me by my grandfather for passing school and staying out of real trouble. I have been riding motorcycles since i was 15,my first bike was a 1981 suzuki pe175 dirt bike, then i got into street bikes, had my first $25 honda CB200T forget the year, i cut the mufflers off played with the carbs till it ran good, father and grand father helped with tuning we rejetted it got it to run good for a little 200. i bobbed the fenders and took off the turn signals, when i was I worked for three summers to buy my first new bike. age 18 suzuki GSXR750, ins payments um lets say parents helped pay those at the time. then i got the roadie at 19. sold the GSXR in 2000, kept the roadie stock, didnt ride it much, in 2002 got another gsxr600, last sport i owned no longer streetbike drag only. now im at the age of the roadie being my
main ride, im 27 yrs old now, i love the old school looks and that v-twin sound. have had plans for it but my little lady and my family dont want me chopping at it and making a bar hopper out of it. so im still going to turn it into that old school retro classic cruiser, still using the factory silverado stuff, but chaning to the taller yamaha windsheild and switching to a much larger saddle bag, adding cobra freeway bars, yamaha passing lamps, saddle bar crash bars, going to add some chrome and alittle bit more performance. looking at roadhouse dooleys but might make my own with dooley slip-ons. more on this to come as i work out my plans.
