Thanks for all your help so far. I am making great progress on my bike getting it ready for the ROT Rally next weekend. I have a lot of parts coming in today and have a few questions. I went ahead and got the gangster fenders and the 180 back tire, RC wheels, rear side mount fender tail light, etc. Not the same parts as yours of course but I love the look of your bike and decided that the big 250 tire did not make much sense.

Did you use the same fender bracket on your rear fender with the removal of the excess material as noted in the fat tire mod for a 180? Also, did you rake the front end or add raked trees? It looks like your forks are longer, is that just due to the lowered rear end? I also noticed you only have one brake on the front wheel now, is that for cosmetic reasons? Does she still stop well?

So far I have added new pipes, drag bars, K&N high flow air kit, new head light and signals, rejetted the carb, removed the fuel pump by adding the suzuki part mod, lowered the rear with the flip and grind the braket tip.
