Rear turn signal bar 5 Years, 12 Months ago

I got this in my saddle bag when I bought the bike. What it appears to be is the kit for the rear turn signals minus the lights. It also is not set up for a lic plate light which in Minnesota you have to have. So it's pretty much no good to me. I have no idea what to charge for something like this so I'm going to charge, lets seee... 5 plus...
