It happens. I've bought things for a number of years and I've only been burned once. Coincidentally it was also on the R* Riders Forum. Most people are standup but it's always that small percentage that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. After 2 1/2 years I'm still waiting on my 'refund'. Doc
