Your stock 35 ,DynoJet 37 & the Yamaha 40 .
Is this the right sequence from smaller to bigger?

The Yamaha/Mikuni jet sizes differ from the Dynojet number system they use. If I'm not mistaken, Mikuni is based on flow and Dynojet is based on size of orifice.
