Ok let’s see, if I buy myself an 800$ .45 Colt to get the empty casing, I’ll save 20 buck on the AIS kit, that makes sense!

Excuse my ignorance Doc, but what the hell is a 45 spent casing?? You know us Quebecer, we’re a bit slow!

RG

Yes, we're all slower up here .... must be the cold weather.

casing = douille

If you fire a 45, the empty casing fits in the hole. Might be hard to find a 45 in Montreal, 38's are more common in the night clubs.

Doc

Hey Doc,

I don’t know about the .38 in the night clubs, but you sure gonna get more out of your 10$ down here, if you know what I mean.

Thanks Doc
45 auto's are not hard to get around here. Is there a difference in shell casings? Does it have to be a Colt? Or will any other 45 casing work?? I work for the county here in my area so I have a lot of friends in the local law in forcement so getting empty casings will be easy.

The only difference should be the length. The .45 colt is longer than the .45 ACP (Automatic Colt Pistol).

I'll seach my bucket of brass. There is only one right choice,
"Starline Brass" A Mo company that makes brass only.

Depends on the look you want. Blazer cases are aluminum.

The Night Sky Customs AIS Removal Kit looks similar to the plugs I put in mine. Aluminium is what you want.

You need two casings .... unless you screw up

But we're only talking about the 1600s.
