PhatPerformance 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Hey fellas,
Has anybody ordered or dealt with phatperformanceparts.com? Any issues or problems? I am going to order some handlebars from them at the end of the week, and I have never dealt with them. Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks,
JM

I got a few things from them. One shipment came without an item which was supposedly sent bec. it was not on backorder. I called them, they checked it out and found their error and over nighted it without hesitation.

I always try and order from them. They have made a mistake or two but they always take care of it right away without any BS.

I recently put a set of apes on my road* and ordered my cables through them. It took about a month to get my order. They did say that it would take 2-3 weeks to ship, so I guess they werent too far off. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. Overall experience I would have to say was ok.

Ok I have a question, while looking through the JP cycles catalog, the barons big johnson bar(the one that I am going to buy from phat performance) says that you have to buy a set of Barons risers to install the big johnson bar on 04-07 road stars. Is this true?? Thanks for the help,
JM

Is there anyone using the Barons big johnson bar? If I have to get the risers, than I might just get the Star bar. Is there a big difference in them besides the diameter?

I ordered my Baron's BAK and my Baron's highway bar from them, and both were the best price I could find online and arrived well packaged and in good time. Nothing but good things from my experience, thanks to Musky who old me about them.

I using the Nostagia bars they are alittle wider than the starbars and are a great fit for me.

:Nostagia Dia. 1", Width 36", Rise 3 1/2", Pullback 14 1/2
Big J's roughly 13.5" Pullback, 38" Width, 4" Rise
StarBars measure roughly 36" wide, 4" high, 12.5" pullback.

Hope this helps
Steve
