Go to Radio Shack and buy some phono plugs take the rubber boot off the plug and push it over your PMS tower and you will never loose the PMS screw again. I had the same thing happen. Your screw is to far out or you wouldn't loose it. If you are over 4 turn that is too far.

alright well it seemed to ride great once all the little things were fixed however i notice i cant run the rpm low like before or it seems to hesitate, i use to run second gear at 20mph but on the way home it seem to hesitate... its honestly one of the loudest bikes i have ever heard it screams you cant even hear a harley next to me.... but with the set up 170main stock pms pms 3 turns.... clip 4th from top factory spacing...what should i be looking for now.... no black smoke no backfire dont matter how hard i decel..... im just not 100 percent idle is set perfectly the idle sounds a little fast but i havent driven it for 30 minutes to fully let the engine heat up..

You will hear a lot more breathing through the air box.....a lot more , don't sweat the sounds.....

As for being in 2nd at 20 mph....brother , that's just too low mph for the gearing. You are adding performance parts.....it's gonna wanna perform now. My 2 cents. BB
