The only HD I've ever been on was my Dads and I was about 6 at the time, so I can't compare. But I've got no complaints about my decision to mount up on my Road Star. Once you get through the withdrawal of not being "one of the HD herd" you'll probably feel the same was most of us do here: It's not really about what you ride, it's THAT you ride. OH, and enjoy all that $$ you saved! M7
