I have a 1700 with stock carb, but do not know if it will fit a 1600 or not. I could have tinkered with it a little, but it would have been shorter, and not very handy to get to. So, I just reloacted my stock idle adjuster. I PM Mr Cancilla to see how his turned out, but have not heard back yet. Here is pix of the difference in the two. Can't get it to post, pix to large. Platinum Boarder Posts: 1040 Re:Got the breather on... 4 Years, 1 Month ago   This is where I ended up relocating mine. You can just barely see it in the upper left, sticking out past the breather. I just drilled a hole in the breather backing plate and bolted the original bracket to it. I can still adjust it with a gloved hand.
