Yeah, even tho I'm 6'2"+, my inseam is 32", so the setup fits me pretty well. But I've never tried the Corbins or Mustangs either to see how they fit. I need to have more saddle time to really give it a decent rating (darn, more riding time...well, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do).

PapaTom,

Sounds like we're about the same size. You had an opportunity to put more time in the saddle so you can give a more "seasoned" assessment of the seat? I'm thinking about ordering one if they will allow me to return the seat if it doesn't seem like a good fit.

You can return the seat within 14 days Yakman. But I'm liking mine a lot. It didn't take me long to get used to sitting slightly forward. With the built-in memory foam, the seat becomes more comfortable the longer you ride. It's a keeper for me.

The Ultimate looks a little bulky, is that true or just an illusion?

It's not the coolest looking seat (like Corbin or Mustang or Yami dual), but it is well padded. I don't think I'd call it bulky though. Just loads of comfy.

Edit: I should have said it does look good without being the coolest looking. It fits the bike well, I think.

No, but I'll get them in a little while (part of my wish list). We won't be getting much rain for a while now down here, so I'm not in a huge hurry.

Re:Ultimate Seat 7 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Thanks PapaTom. I'm going to wait a couple weeks and order the seat. I want to make sure I have plenty of free time and good weather to try the seat out during the 14 day period. My schedule is pretty tight right now, so I don't want to get the seat and not have time to give it a proper test. I like the way the seat looks on your bike....mine is the same year and color. I had a nice ride yesterday, 120 miles....stock seat felt okay, but think there is room for improvement.

Cheers.
